AI at work: the essentials for every employee
A 20-minute course for staff who use ChatGPT, Copilot or AI built into everyday software.
Most people now use AI at work, often without anyone deciding they should. This short course covers what every employee needs to know to use AI tools safely: what they get wrong, what must never go into them, when a person has to check the output, and what to do when something goes wrong.
No Canadian law yet requires a specific AI course, but privacy law holds your employer accountable for the personal information staff put into AI tools, and Canada's privacy commissioners expect staff to be trained in how to protect it. Completing this course, alongside your employer's own AI rules, is one way to do that.
About 20 minutes: 6 short lessons, then a 10-question quiz. Free. No account and no email address needed.
